YOU started operating in 2007 with the single goal of making a difference to someone…anyone!

Today YOU is a voluntary organization supported by selected sponsors and operated by dedicated volunteers. We measure our performance and success, not in terms of financial figures, but by the number of minds we change, who in turn, determine the number of lives that they change.

Three years have passed by since we started and it is time to draw up our accounts. We ask ourselves if we have met our annual targets of Making a Difference? So let’s start auditing – In these years, we have helped youngsters develop their self-esteem and deal with different situations like bullying in school, coping with competition, peer pressure, media tricks, etc. We have also taught them etiquette and grooming skills and facilitated the art of giving selflessly and doing acts of kindness.

Our annual report illustrates that through the targets achieved, we have managed to create faith, and started sowing the seeds of revolution through the wonder of several children & volunteers who joined hands to Make a Difference!
